My supervisees tend to work on dissertations in moral philosophy, social and collective epistemology, feminist philosophy and the philosophy of race — often in interesting crossover projects that combine these fields.

With Prof Boudewijn de Bruin I also co-supervise two PhD students whose work is funded by the Dutch Research Council as part of a project jointly hosted by the Universities of Gröningen and Sheffield, ‘Professional Virtues of Epistemic Justice: Finance and Medicine’. The project also funded a 3-year postdoctoral fellow, Dr Elianna Fetterolf, who designed and taught a new course in Justice and Medicine which is taught at the University of Sheffield Medical School.
